Armen Shamamian

Hello all!! My name is Armen Shamamian, and I am very excited to have been accepted to serve our Church as a member of the Guardian Committee.

I am currently a student at Glendale Community College, studying mechanical engineering in hopes to pursue a career in aerospace.

Recently joing ACYO, I have noticed the inspiring dedication and faith they have towards God. I wish to grow with them in faith and love, as well as positively contribute to ACYO and the Church family!

Avedis DerMARDEROSIAN

Hello everyone! My name is Avedis DerMarderosian. I am very excited to be apart of the 2025 Guardian Committee.

I am currently a senior at Burbank High School and have been a member of ACYO for about a year.

I am grateful for this opportunity and the experience that being in Guardian Committee will give me this year!

Irene Baghdasaryan

Hello, my name is Irene Baghdasaryan, and I am honored to be a part of this year's Guardian Committee.

I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. During my time at UCI, I was President of the ZotMedical Club and an active member of the Pre-Dental Society, where I was able to deepen my passion for the dental field. I also gained valuable expierence working in Dr.Ivy's neuroscience research lab for two years. I am currently working at a dental laboratory and in the process of interviewing with dental schools, as I take the next steps toward pursuing my career in dentistry.

My involvement with ACYO has provided me with a meaningful opportunity to give back to the community and I am excited to bring my dedication and energy to the Guardian Committee. I look forward to collaborating with fellow members and contributing to the growth and success of out Church's youth organization.

Tigran Baghdasaryan

Hello everyone! My name is Tigran Baghdasaryan and I will be serving as Guardian Committee in ACYO for the year of 2025.

I am a senior at John Burroughs High School on my path to become a Nurse Pracitioner. Currently, I play guitar in a band for suprise parties. This is my first year at St. Leon ACYO and I look forward to serving our Church.

As Guardian Committee, I am excited to begin my duties in this community. It is a honor that I am trusted with this responsibility, as I feel a calling to aid our Church and community. I will try my hardest to fulfill and exceed my expectations!

Harut Kochkarian

Hello, my name is Harut Kochkarian!

I received a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Woodbury University in Burbank as I always had a passion for building design. During childhood, I loved building legos and virtually building structures in video games such as Minecraft and Terraria. My role model is my father, who is a civil engineer. In my free time, I like bowling, swimming, kayaking, drawing, and watching movies. I also like serving my community in different ways. In the past, I have volunteered as a teacher's assistant for my local Sunday School and as a tech consultant for senior citizens at the Joslyn Adult Center in Burbank.

As a current member of ACYO, I will work with other members and dedicate my time serving the church and the community.
